Home Is Possible for Heroes
The Nevada Housing Division’s Home Is Possible for Heroes program offers below-market 30-year fixed interest rates and down payment assistance of up to 4% of the loan amount for qualifying Nevada veterans purchasing a primary residence.
The program can be combined with a VA home loan (no down payment required) or conventional/FHA loans. Income and purchase price limits apply.
